2022 Charlotte MSA North Carolina

We are pleased to present our January 2022 Charlotte, North Carolina MSA Manufactured Home Communities Rent Survey.

10 land lease communities consisting of 2,069 homesites are included in the survey. The report includes our findings and observations, specific information about each community including marketing programs and latest rent increase information and various management reports.

In addition, we include a report that compares January 2022 occupancy and average rents to January 2021 as well as a report that presents average rents and occupancy rates from 2000 to 2022.
